Chapel of the Holy Spirit at Assumption College, Worcester
Dvorak Mass in D:  Distinguished soloists and concert organist Dr. Michelle Graveline join the chorus to perform this lovely and intimate work by the great Czech composer Antonin Dvorak. Other works of Czech composers for chorus and organ will be featured, showcasing the beautiful acoustic of the Chapel of the Holy Spirit. Soloists include soprano Christina White, mezzo-soprano DAnna Fortunato, tenor Stanley Wilson and bass-baritone Robert Osborne.

The Mikado: Set in feudal Japan, the two act comic opera The Mikado, or The Town of Titipu is the inveterate duo Gilbert and Sullivans most beloved and famous opera, with the witty and highly entertaining social satire of Gilbert still ringing as true in our own day as in Victorian England. Worcester Opera Works joins forces with the Master Singers to present a sterling selection of soloists from across the region in a semi-staged performance of the complete score, including all of Sullivans inimitable choruses.

Jolly Olde England: In a program celebrating the range of English music from the past to the present, the Master Singers present a mass of the Tudor composer William Byrd, as well as folk settings and part songs of later centuries. The Worcester Childrens Chorus join the Master Singers for the final work Songs and Cries of London Town by the living composer Bob Chilcott. This capital cantata combines inspiration from earlier London composers such as Gibbons and poets Dunbar and Wordsworth, with contemporary impressions of the English capitals many sights, sounds and moods.
